Return Policy
We ship all merchandise defective free. Please contact us immediately if you should have a problem with a Purple Door product upon receipt. We will replace any defective merchandise, or refund your money within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Things sometimes happen, but it's how we handle it from that point on that is important. We want to make buying from us fun not a hassle!
